Advance Payments
Advance payments made for site inspection, design, or project booking may be adjusted towards the final project cost.
Cancellation Before Installation
If a customer cancels the project before installation begins, refunds may be processed after deducting administrative or inspection costs.
Cancellation During Installation
If the project is cancelled after material procurement or installation has started, the refund will be adjusted based on work completed and materials purchased.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized materials, special equipment orders, or services already performed may not be eligible for refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–15 working days.
